Heather Dreyer

EFC, OTR/L

Dedicated to helping students develop the skills they need to succeed academically and beyond, Heather’s journey to becoming a coach began when she received her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.  She has worked for over two decades as an occupational therapist serving the unique needs of students in different school settings.  Over time she has helped many tweens and teens strengthen their time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities, empowering them to navigate the challenges of school and life with greater confidence and ease.

Heather understands the unique struggles students face during these formative years. Whether it’s keeping track of assignments, managing deadlines, or dealing with distractions, Heather offers personalized strategies and one-on-one coaching to help students stay focused, prioritize their tasks, and build better study habits. Her coaching involves breaking down complex tasks into manageable steps, setting realistic goals, and staying motivated even when things get tough. She also helps them build essential skills in emotional regulation, problem-solving, and self-advocacy—tools that are critical for both academic success and personal growth.

Heather lives in Aliso Viejo with her two sons and her two dogs.  During her free time, Heather enjoys reading, completing puzzles, taking hikes, fostering dogs, catching up with friends, and just relaxing.
